Brenda Heather, who is the woman to hold the post of  Attorney for the Government of Samoa, is our personality. She has already been on the special feature of Samoalive on the " Women Leading the Way in Samoa" . Brenda Heather been busy in the courts to defend the constitutional actions she took following the attempts by a number of private citizens to fill up the courts with private prosecutions following the General elections in March 2001. Brenda Heather has made history with her action to dismiss all the private prosecutions which has been subsequently backed by the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
