  Learning in a Healthy, Happy, Safe Environment.  Children can start attending Mrs. Reeds Preschool from ages 3-5 years.

  Children who attend Mrs. Reeds Preschool are encouraged to speak in the two official languages of the Country – Samoan and English.

  The Children learn through play and have lots of fun.  Our trained teachers teach pre-reading, pre-maths and pre-science skills through a planned programme of activities using the thematic approach to learning.

During the school day we have singing, story time, band, art, painting and other exciting activities.  In addition, these activities encourage the children to practice their large and small motor skills.  Their balance and coordination skills are also strengthened in their outdoor play.

We have a large fenced in play yard with sand play, water play, swings, slides, climbing equipment and a trampoline.

Good hygiene and sanitation is practiced daily.  There is good water supply to the school and flush toilet facilities.  Good nutrition is practiced and encouraged and the children are supplied with purified water to drink.

·        School is open 4 days a week – Monday to Thursday

  ·        Programme hours  9.00am to 12.00 noon

  ·        Doors open at 7.30am to receive children until 1.00pm daily

  ·        There are four (4) terms a year
