
Muliufi Hanneman
Muliufi Hanneman has established himself as one of the top community leaders in Hawaii, having already worked in key positions in Washington DC and in Honolulu in the Federal and State affairs. The youngest son of Gustav and Faiaso Hanneman from Lotopa Samoa and Manu'a American Samoa. The Hanneman family has been a pioneer Samoan family in Hawaii helping out over the years Samoan families settle into Hawaii. This pioneer community spirit has been continued by Muliufi and his older brother Gus Hanneman as they continue active roles in community affairs in American Samoa and Hawaii. After graduating from Harvard Muliufi worked in Hawaii and at age 28 was a recipient of the prestigious White House Fellowship program during 1983-1984.After the fellowship he held top positions in the Hawaii.
Muliufi Hanneman is running for Mayorality of Honolulu has been endorsed an increasing number of prominent Honolulu community groups.
