American Samoa's Congressman, Faleomavaega Eni
Hunkin prepares his ia faitoga as he is led by a Samoan contingent to speak
to an audience of 6,000 at Kualoa Beach Park, Hawaii, marking the arrival of
the Polynesian Voyaging Canoe, the Hokuleia, upon its return to Oahu from
Rapa Nui.  Faleomavaega is flanked by his tatau partner Dr. Tusi Avegalio.
