This section is designed to help both employers and
employees in linking up for employment. For the employers, this site will
give them guidance on the legislative and policy framework they have to
work with. All the relevant forms will be collected and posted here for
ease of reference of the employers. The contacts section of this business
site will give the details of the addresses of the relevant Government
authorities to contact.
For employees, this section will give them some guidance
on their rights under the laws and policies in Samoa. It is planned that
this section will evolve as a place for posting up employment opportunities
in Samoa and overseas requiring Samoan personnel.
Employment of personnel is guided mainly
by the Labour and Employment Act.
