The Iraqi -Kuwaiti Gulf Wars

 

Iemina Afoa from the village of Pata Falelatai served in Iraqi-Kuwaiti War in the year 1991. He graudated from Avele College in 1979. Iemina served with the U.S. Navy Fleet Hospital pharmacy in Saudi Arabia

 

Wilhelm David Grevel from the village of Pesega, Samoa served as the Senior
Brigade Support Operations Noncommissioned Officer (NCOIC) for two PATRIOT
Battalions, consisting of seven firing Units which deployed forward in
providing air coverage to the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) and the
3rd Infantry Division from Ft. Steward in Bagdad during the 2003 war. His Unit -
the 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, was the only designated maneuver
"airborne"  Brigade in the US Army. Wilhelm D. Grevel was awarded the Bronse
Star by Gen Bromberg for his conduct during the 2003 war.
