The First South Pacific Health Facility to Have International Quality Certification ISO 9002

 MedCen is committed to continually reviewing the quality of services it offers. This is done through defining roles and responsibilities of all employees and developing systems, which support the delivery of care and service.
MedCen seeks to ensure that customers are clear about what to expect. It has developed a comprehensive record management system; seeks to ensure the accuracy of equipment it uses; assesses those who provide services on behalf the Hospital; is committed to continually improve the services offered; has developed suitable controls over software and documentation; regularly checks systems are working at their best; and provides relevant training for all staff.

MedCen maintains a commitment to excellence in service delivery, through a review of all resources. This includes personnel; the management of information; the provision of suitable equipment and working environments.
At MedCen, you can be assured that there is routine review and assessment of training; performance; and the way information is managed to help make our services the best. These strategies are coordinated to ensure whenever you call on MedCen, you receive good service

 MedCen checks both the services it supplies and those who supply service to the hospital to be sure they meet your requirements at all times.
At MedCen, we are able to identify and trace all information relating to customers - confidentiality is assured at all times.
MedCen has developed criteria for all those who supply services to the hospital. To support this, MedCen regularly check goods and services supplied to it. Where necessary, all equipment used by MedCen is both tested and calibrated.

  MedCen is the first health facility in the South Pacific Islands to be certified under the ISO 9002 quality management systems  series.The certifcation is for the period up to 15 December 2003.
At MedCen, we recognise that improving the standard of care and service offered is vitally important to you. We welcome comments and viewpoints from you, our customers.
We are committed to correcting and preventing issues of concern. Actions are regularly checked by the Executive Team and through our Internal Review Programme. Our aim is to be sure of providing you with the best service in health care at all times.
